Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Asset Management (ITAM) Property Manager to join our team in DMV area .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

The ITAM Property Manager manages all aspects of the property obtained on the contract and oversees all aspects of managing Government property.

They maintain up-to-date knowledge of FAR requirements, industry practices, and applications. They ensure Government-approved procedures are adhered to and supporting documentation is maintained and updated as appropriate.

They provide training to IIC members on property management procedures. They ensure all Government deliverables (procedures, quarterly reports, and audit documentation) are prepared accurately and delivered on time to Government customers.

They provide monthly and quarterly reports to the Government and senior management and interface with Government auditors during audits and as needed.

They provide property guidance on new business proposals and ensure compliance with company policies and FAR / DFARS requirements.

They are responsible for supervising and mentoring subordinate project and staff. They receive direction from the Logistics Manager.

Basic Qualifications :

High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

5 years of position specific relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Relevant industry standard certifications such as Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA), Certified Federal Property Manager (CFPM).

Experience with DoD or Agency property management systems.

Clearance Requirements :

Must be a US Citizen

Must have an active Top Secret Clearance.

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.

S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
