Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We're looking for motivated team members to join our growing gutter installation crews. We provide hands-on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up.

Intermediate Gutter Installer Support

General Requirements :

  • Minimum 34 years of gutter installation experience.
  • Strong attendance, punctuality, and consistent adherence to safety practices.
  • Competent in gutter installation processes with limited supervision.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficient in gutter machine operation, including loading coils and producing straight runs.
  • Skilled in making clean outside and inside strip miter cuts.
  • Accurately measure, cut, and assemble gutter sections, outlets, and downspouts.
  • Assist installers with hanger placement, sealing, and joining techniques.
  • Identify and report installation issues or safety hazards.

    • Leadership & Development :

  • Train and mentor installer assistant I team members in gutter machine setup and cutting techniques.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them with minimal oversight.
  • Show readiness for promotion to installer I (full installer) by consistently demonstrating advanced technical skill and leadership potential.

    • Administrative :

  • Perform accurate material counts and support jobsite checklists.
  • Document before / after photos and assist with reporting.
  • Maintain accountability for company tools and equipment.

    • Conduct & Professionalism :

  • Uphold company values and maintain a professional image at all times.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients.
  • Consistently follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

    • Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
