Job Summary :

As a Data Center Infrastructure Software Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing innovative software solutions for large-scale data centers.

You will work on complex, distributed systems that ensure the smooth operation and scaling of compute, storage, and networking resources.

This role requires deep technical expertise in coding and building software infrastructure, with a focus on performance, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Software Design and Development : Architect, design, and implement software solutions that optimize and automate data center infrastructure operations, including network, storage, and compute systems.
• High-Performance Systems : Develop software that supports the performance, scalability, and reliability needs of large-scale data centers.
• Infrastructure Automation : Create tools and systems for automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
• Distributed Systems : Work on distributed systems that manage compute resources across a global network of data centers, focusing on high availability and low-latency solutions.
• Performance Optimization : Identify and address bottlenecks in existing systems to improve performance and efficiency.
• Security and Compliance : Build secure systems that comply with industry regulations and best practices for infrastructure and data protection.
• Collaboration : Work closely with hardware teams, network engineers, and cloud architects to integrate software solutions seamlessly with the broader data center infrastructure.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with exceptional experience and track record will also be considered on a select basis.
• Experience :
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in data centers or high-performance computing environments.
• Proven track record of working with top-tier technology companies or innovative startups in building scalable infrastructure.
• Technical Expertise :
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, C++, or Rust.
• Extensive experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and automation frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, storage solutions, and compute architectures in data center environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and their deployment in a data center environment.
• Expertise in performance optimization, low-latency systems, and large-scale infrastructure systems.
• Problem Solving :
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and design innovative solutions.
• Leadership :
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and work cross-functionally with teams.
• Preferred :
• Experience working on large-scale distributed systems at top-tier technology companies.
• Familiarity with machine learning infrastructure or advanced data center technologies is a plus.
