Looking for caregivers in Vancouver, Hazel Dell, Fiver Corners, Camas, Ridgefield, Woodland and Mill Plain! CNA or HCA preferred - we offer paid Home Care Aide (HCA) Training! Apply now to schedule a 30 minute phone interview, we look forward to speaking with you.

Pay range is $18 - $20.50 / hr depending on the clients care needs.

Example shifts :

8a-12p, 9a-1p, 10a-2p, 8a-5p, 9a-6pm, 9a-2p, 10a-3p, 4p-6p, 2p-5p, 4p-8pm, 6p-8pm

We offer shifts that are 2 hours to 12 hours! We will work with your availability!

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to) :

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and / or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!

Washington only If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements).

You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver / HCA training as needed
