Preferred Qualifications :
- English language communications required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Advanced computer skills; Opera experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
- Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities :
- Prints occupancy, arrivals departures, and back-up reports on a timely basis.
- Reviews Specials Report for all arriving guests on a daily basis to ensure appropriate pre-blocking of rooms and to coordinate special services to be provided.
- Coordinates with Housekeeping and Room Service to satisfy all requests.
- Monitors check-outs, pre-registered guests, and room moves.
- Checks for duplicate reservations and status of out-of-order rooms and showrooms.
- Reviews group resumes to verify group billing procedures.
- Answers department phone lines.
- Assist Front Desk Agents with check-in, check-outs, and resolving guest requests or complaints when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
