Junior Business Development Manager (Entry-level) Package:

Business Development Manager (Entry-level) role:

  • Manage between 100-150 customers, with an estimated value of $500k+, blending customer retention with new business generation
  • Maintain a high level of engagement and customer satisfaction, building on interaction within your customer base
  • Collaborate with your peers across the US and beyond, staying in regular contact with professionals in different offices across the world
  • Liaise closely with the client services team to streamline management of the customer base
  • Provide client feedback to management and share best practice with your peers
  • Up and cross sell products and services to your clients

Business Development Manager (Entry-level):

  • A full Bachelor’s degree
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Excellent persuasion and presentation skills, comfortable in a target driven environment
