An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning.
If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.
Full-Time, Night Shift available. All openings will require scheduling on rotating weekends.
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

Required Qualifications :
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Upon hire : Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Within 6 months of hire : National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
- One year : Nursing experience (new to specialty)
Preferred Qualifications :
Upon hire : National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
