Seeking experienced investigators with commercial or personal lines experience, preferably multi-lines including AOE / COE, Auto, and Homeowners. SIU experience is highly desired but not required.

We are looking for individuals with proven investigative skills, honesty, integrity, self-reliance, resourcefulness, independence, discipline, and good time management skills.

Must have reliable transportation, a digital recorder, and a digital camera. Job duties include taking in-person recorded statements, scene photos, writing detailed reports, client communication, and meeting strict deadlines.

The Claims Investigator should demonstrate proficiency in :

• AOE / COE, Auto, or Homeowners Investigations
• Writing accurate, detailed reports
• Securing written / recorded statements
• Accident scene investigations
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Prioritizing and organizing multiple tasks
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
