ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Liza Faress State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license required
- Life & Health license preferred
