What part will you play?

Working in the Engineering department, the ESS Commissioning Engineer will interface with Diversified internal resources to support the essential job duties listed below.

These duties will be fulfilled by interacting with the Diversified Business Development, Operations, and Engineering departments, as assigned, for security system deployment, implementation, and commissioning as well as various other support tasks.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal resources to drive completion of projects. This position reports to the ESS Engineering Manager

What will you be doing?

• Work closely with engineering and operations resources to prepare, implement, and complete final closeout on assigned projects.
• Lead and direct operations resources in troubleshooting and resolving system errors and malfunctions.
• Work with Project Managers to coordinate and communicate project status regularly.
• Manage assigned engineering projects and tasks.
• Display effective time management skills while working on multiple projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Perform programming, software configuration, and end user training on various supported systems, including but not limited to :
• Lenel, Genetec, Gallagher, S2, Brivo, DMP, Bosch, Milestone, Eagle Eye, OpenPath, AVA
• Maintain project documentation
• Assists with or performs administrative tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills

• Strong Written and Verbal Communication
• Self-Motivated
• Troubleshooting and Creative Problem-Solving
• Multiple Security Certifications preferred for industry knowledge.
• Degree in Business
• or Administration
• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• Equivalent experience in IT / Telecom / Construction industries may be acceptable
• Experience deploying access control systems and CCTV related systems

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
