Data Analyst
Our client, one of the largest financial services firms, is seeking a Data Analyst.
Position Type : Full-Time
Location : New York, NY
Schedule : Hybrid
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Quality & Compliance : Investigate and resolve data quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Client Support : Serve as first point of contact for client queries
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and quality improvements.
- Vendor Management : Build project contracts into Client's vendor management system, ensuring that milestone amounts and hours / budgets are accurately recorded and monitored.
- Risk & Control : Apply risk and control knowledge to ensure activities are compliant
Knowledge & Experience :
- Prior experience in Financial Services and Banking
- Administrative Expertise : Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an administrative or business office environment
- Relationship Management : At least 1 year of experience in relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and instant messaging, with the ability to present data and create reports effectively.
- Educational Background : Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with risk and control principles within a business environment.
