Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Proactively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with personalized solutions.
Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Policy Sales : Present and sell insurance policies to prospective clients, explaining policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
Customer Service : Ensure excellent customer service by providing ongoing support and addressing client inquiries or issues promptly.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Compliance : Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure ethical selling practices.
Requirement
Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Licensing : An active Illinois Property & Casualty License is preferred or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
Customer Service : Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Sales Acumen : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Organizational Skills : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
