Exciting Opportunity : Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract to Hire)
Location : Koreatown, CA
Type : Contract to Hire
Pay Rate : $25-33 / hour (Based on Experience)

Are you a skilled Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professional with experience in a large ERP environment? We have an immediate opportunity for a Contract-to-Hire Specialist to join our team in Koreatown, CA.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management :
- Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with precision.
- Handle invoices, ensuring accuracy in the 3-way match process.
- Code transactions and conduct weekly check runs.
Vendor Communication :
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
Collections :
Perform collection activities if needed, ensuring prompt resolution of outstanding payments.
Financial Reconciliations :
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards to maintain accurate financial records.
Month-End Close Support :
Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Familiarity with large ERP systems is a must.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay Details : $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
