Assists with the performance of a variety of technical procedures including but not limited to the scrub and monitor roles in percutaneous diagnostic and interventional cardiac / vascular procedures and open surgical procedures under the direct supervision of a physician.
Participates in all daily duties necessary to perform high-quality patient care and imaging within the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Responsible for obtaining optimal angio images and assisting the physician in an aseptic and sterile environments.

Required Qualifications :
- Two-year invasive cardiovascular program. Or
- Successful completion of a formal Radiologic Technologist program.
- upon hire : Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification. Or
- upon hire : Washington Radiologic Technologist.
- upon hire : National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International. Or
- upon hire : National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- upon hire : National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
- 6 months Tier 1 technologist to advance to Tier 2.
- 2 years Continuous cath lab in a busy cath lab performing complex cases.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Interventional Radiology.
- May consider less experience in an aspiring motivated candidate with RCIS licensure.
