We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client, a well-regarded, mid-sized, full-service Chicago law firm, for a commercial real estate associate with 3 to 5 years experience.
- Candidates must be enthusiastic, energetic and have extensive experience working on a wide range of real estate transactions including purchases and sales of real property;
- financing and leasing. Real estate development experience is required. Examples of desirable additional experience include work on the structure and planning of developments;
construction financing; municipal entitlements and financing; community development and / or construction contracting. The successful candidate will have impressive educational and work experience and preferably come from a large or mid-sized firm with a diverse real estate practice.
