Job Details :

• Coverage : Ongoing
• Specialty : MD / DO Noninvasive Cardiology
• Schedule : 2 weeks per month. Monday - Friday from 8am-4 : 30 pm; Does not necessarily have to be back-to-back weeks. No weekend coverage needed.
• Setting : Outpatient clinic
• Duties : Seeing patients in our cardiology clinic; Available for any consults at the hospital adjacent to our clinic; Consult volumes are very low
• Positions Open : 1
• Required Procedures : None
• EMR : Epic
• Support Staff : Clinical staff and supervisor
• Must be able to read Echos
• Travel Preferences : Preferred Lodging : Preferred hotels Air Travel : Local, preferred but not required
• Credentialing Information : 90 days
• Credentialing with other facilities? No
• What is the hourly / daily patient load? 3 (rarely 4) patients per hour. Approx 20-25pts / day.

Requirements :

• Active Unrestricted NE License - Required or IMLC
• Board Certified Required
• Residency Requirements / Fellowship N / A
• Other Certifications N / A
• Malpractice Clean Preferred
• Availability at time of name clear Required
• Please state if EPIC experienced
