A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers, managing order entry and inquiries
Handle customer complaints and issues related to pricing, shipping, and inventory
Manage the customer order process from entry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher with 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, or a High School Diploma / GED with 6 years of experience
Ability to speak English and French
Experience using SAP Order Management system is preferred
Experience working with Sales Force is advantageous
Experience with JDE order management system is beneficial
