Key Responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
Provide one-on-one telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
Document enrollment requests and maintain proficiency in program policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
Background and drug screening required
Willingness to work full-time with flexible scheduling
