Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UKG Senior Integrations Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing interfaces using Dell Boomi and an understanding of the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) ecosystem.

They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between UKG and other enterprise systems, including SAP and Kronos Workforce Central.

The UKG Senior Integrations Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability, enhancing our HR and workforce management capabilities.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using the UKG integration platform and Dell Boomi.

Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and IT teams to gather and understand integration requirements.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.

Document integration processes, including technical specifications, data mappings, and operational procedures.

Provide support for existing integrations and continuously look for opportunities to optimize and enhance them.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in UKG, Boomi, and SAP integration technologies.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of integration development standards.

Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time.

Manage integration timelines, including notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources.

Maintain project management tools for all integration projects.

Follow the SDLC process to provide the solution for Interfaces.

Deploy and release to the production environment.

Provide final handoff to the support team.

Involved in the design, build, test, deploy, and scheduling of integration processes involving third-party systems.

Mandatory Skills :

Minimum of 2 years of experience with UKG integration platform and Dell Boomi.

Designed and developed integration using Boomi AtomSphere integration platform or UKG Workforce Integration Manager or similar Integration Tools.

Experience with UKG API / Direct API / Public API.

Experience in creating interfaces for upstream / downstream applications.

Experience in processed Templates / Extensions within UKG integration platform.

Workforce Pro WFM product knowledge. Experience implementing and configuring integration options within UKG / Kronos Accruals & Time and attendance modules.

Experience in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations.

Knowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design.

Ability to assess, design, and develop integration meeting customer requirements.

Ability to assist with integration discovery and scoping.

Domain knowledge of HR / Time & Attendance is an additional advantage.

Nice to Have :

Experience with other HRIS or workforce management systems.

Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.

Knowledge of data security standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML).

Certifications in UKG, Dell Boomi, or SAP.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Exposure to Advance Scheduler, Forecasting, Device Manager.
