RideNow Powersports is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, selling a wide range of powersports products.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in selecting the right powersports products based on their needs and preferences
- Guide customers through the sales process, including negotiating prices, securing financing, and coordinating deliveries
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
Requirements
- Prior sales experience in a retail or customer service role
- Knowledge of powersports products and a passion for the industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Familiarity with financing options and the ability to assist customers in securing financing
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent
