Description

• Lead, oversee, and manage the project team to achieve successful project completion, prioritizing strategic direction with a robust emphasis on financial and operational goals, while also nurturing favorable relationships with owners and labor.
• Serve as the primary liaison for owners, architects, and engineers.
• Work closely with the on-site Superintendent to ensure alignment with owner expectations.
• Develop and implement detailed project work schedules, identifying critical paths for achieving project success.
• Uphold stringent adherence to ethics and compliance standards.

Profile

• Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in engineering, construction management or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within construction.
• Previous involvement in construction projects valued between $15 million to $30 million.
• Thorough understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, construction methodologies, materials, survey techniques, and overall construction planning and cost management.
• Ability to implement Lean construction principles.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety - OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
