What Youll Do

  • Convert studio guests into members through consultative sales
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first hello to the follow-up
  • Drive revenue by hitting personal and studio sales goals
  • Support client retention through consistent communication & relationship building
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and motivating studio culture

    • What Were Looking For

  • 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience (fitness, wellness, or retail sales a plus)
  • Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive energy, outgoing personality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
