The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages spares, decommissioning, and disposition of data center assets worldwide.
This Senior Supply Chain Program Manager New Product Introduction (NPI) role presents an exciting opportunity to influence a part of the cloud business.
As part of the Supply Chain NPI team, this role will be responsible for utilizing their technical understanding of the business to effectively launch new cloud solutions with a supply chain readiness framework.
This role will act as a key point-of-contact for Engineering Business Groups and Hardware Infrastructure Engineering (HIFE) Groups to deliver scalable execution.

Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering or related field AND 5+ years experience in technical engineering, manufacturing, operations, hardware developmentOR equivalent experience in technical engineering, manufacturing, operations or a related area.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings :
Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-tech supply chain, new product introduction, sourcing, operations or related fields
- Experience in program management at a high-tech company with proven track record of successfully setting up and executing supply chain operational processes
- Proficient verbal and written communication along with interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes
- Proficient in business tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Azure Dev Ops), and ability to generate quality outputs
- Cloud supply chain experience
NPI Product Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

Responsibilities
In this role, you'll oversee supply chain readiness for new cloud solutions, focusing on collaboration with product teams, the product group, datacenter infrastructure, and supply chain functions to develop and implement a framework that ensures customer requirements are met.
Specific duties would include :
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders and bringing your own thought leadership to define an NPI readiness strategy, including : Conducting risk management effortsProviding insights and identifying schedule acceleration opportunitiesConducting cost-benefit analyses and other analytics to examine performance and influence decisions
- Having an in-depth understanding of the product’s technical attributes, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies
- Using technical experience and product knowledge to have effective engagements with Engineering to ensure schedule, risk, issues, quality, and product changes are aligned to business and customer needs
- Operating effectively in ambiguity- applying process where it creates value, and designing process where it’s needed
- Using program management tools and communication methods to ensure common understanding of the plan of record with stakeholders, holding them accountable to following the schedule
- Influencing across organizational boundaries to achieve broad business goals by early lifecycle engagement
