A leading public accounting firm focused on delivering top-tier auditing, accounting, and consulting services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager (Real Estate) to join their dynamic team.
Direct Hire - Hybrid 2-3 days on site
Must Haves :
5+ years of relevant work experience in the audit field
1+ year holding a supervisory / manager level title
Deep understanding of real estate operations, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Extensive experience in public accounting and a proven track record of managing complex audit projects
CPA is a big plus
Day to Day :
Lead and manage audit engagements for real estate clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessments, testing strategies, and audit procedures
Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating audit findings and recommendations effectively
