Power Generation Designer 2

We’re hiring a Power Distribution Designer to join a fast-growing utility engineering team as they launch a new Cincinnati-area office. This is a ground-floor opportunity with strong potential for growth and advancement in a booming industry.

What You’ll Do :

Design safe, cost-effective OH / UG power distribution systems

Prepare job packages, estimates, and construction drawings

Coordinate with field and construction teams

Evaluate utility equipment (transformers, fusing, etc.)

Apply codes and standards for commercial, residential, and industrial projects

Utilize AutoCAD or similar software (proprietary tools provided)

What You Need : B.S. in Engineering

3–8 years of power distribution design (OH / UG)

Familiarity with pole placement, conductor routing, and equipment layouts

Strong communication, reliability, and accountability
