Job Description
Client located in Plainfield is looking for a Production worker, this position will move to Montgomery in early 2025. Must be able to travel to Montgomery.
HoursMonday to Friday 2pm-10 : 30pm Pay 21-25 depending on experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Data entry of receiving documentation for inbound material.
Compare packing lists to company purchase order to ensure that products in each deliverymatch the packing list.Assigns internal lot numbers by using the approved spreadsheet file.
Generates labels with identifying information.Ensures material receipt forms and other receiving paperwork is submitted to the InventoryDepartmentAdhere to the paperwork turnaround time set by the company.
Communicates inventory discrepancies to the appropriate personnel and assists with theinvestigation / correction of inventory discrepancies.
Schedules incoming and outgoing shipments received via email or phone.Phone and email communication with customers and colleaguesAct as a liaison and maintain radio communication with Warehouse team.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GEDSit down forklift is a mustMicrosoft Office Suite
