Learning and Development Senior Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Learning and Development Senior Manager to lead professional development programs for attorneys and business personnel.
Based in our client's Washington, DC, office, this hybrid role will be responsible for designing and implementing diverse learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end project management for training programs
Coordinate logistics for training sessions and events
Stay up to date on learning trends and innovations
Assess training needs and oversee program evaluations
Craft clear communications to promote learning initiatives
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required, Master's Degree or certification preferred
10+ years in professional development, law firm experience required
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Passion for learning and development

Compensation :
$150,000-$175,000 plus bonus and benefits
Pay Details : $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
