POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Salesforce Senior Project Manager (PM) , you guarantee the timely and cost-effective delivery of a high-quality product.

You are comfortable working on multiple Salesforce implementation tasks concurrently. You are comfortable in a fast-paced software development environment and eager to collaborate with us on improving and expanding our processes.

You will take responsibility for keeping the team aligned and following established processes in order to keep the project moving efficiently.

You will develop solid relationships with client stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress, ensuring concerns are addressed effectively, flagging risks, and advising them on team processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage multiple Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of a high-quality product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA analysts, to ensure the project is moving efficiently and following established processes
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring they are communicated effectively to the team and stakeholders
  • Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and escalate as necessary to keep the project on track
  • Monitor project progress, report on project status to stakeholders, and facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring open lines of communication, addressing concerns effectively, and advising them on team processes and best practices
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related artifacts
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce development methodologies and technologies, providing expert guidance and mentorship to the team
  • Participate in the sales process, providing technical expertise and input to proposals, presentations, and demos

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Experience in CPQ, billing central, and sales cloud
  • Expertise in Salesforce basics
  • Certinia experience (preferred)
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational and analytical skills
