Mercy Hospital Joplin is seeking a full-time Radiation Oncologist to join our well-established Commission on Cancer accredited cancer center in Joplin, Missouri. Mercy Joplin is a beautiful 240 bed hospital with integrated cancer center focused on individualized care for cancer patients.
- Mature practice - treating approximately 25 patients per day
- Staff : 1 RN, 1 prior authorization, 3RTTs (1 supervisor), I PhD physicist, 1 CMD, and the Director.
- Elekta Versa HD, 120 leaf MLC, Hexapod robotic couch
- Mosaiq OIS, RayStation treatmnent planning system
- C-RAD optical surface guidance
- GE 580RT large bore CT Simulator
- Cancer Center has 4 Oncology providers
- CoC accredited comprehensive community cancer program
- Nurse Navigators involved in cancer care, Oncology Social Worker
- Multidisciplinary tumor board on site weekly
- Radiation Oncology Department is adjacent to Oncology and the Infusion Center with onsite pharmacy
- Cancer Center has its own dedicated parking lot
