Home Equity Specialist
LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Tempe, AZ to hire on a contract to hire basis a Home Equity Specialist. In this role you will be working with customers to help them find the finance product that best works for them and their situation.
You'll be assisting the customer navigate the process and using your sales skills to support them.
Job duties :
Make outbound and take inbound calls from customers to assist them.
Provide persuasive consultation to each customer regard the company's products and services.
Document and perform data entry of customer interactions within the CRM database.
Troubleshoot all customer concerns, and provide effective solutions.
Achieve your monthly sales targets and metrics.
Qualifications :
Experience working in the finance or mortgage industry.
Able to work a shift of Tuesday to Friday 11 : 00am - 8 : 00pm, and Saturday 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.
Relevant Microsoft Office software skills.
Previous experience working with customers and achieving revenue generating sales success.
Compensation :
$24.00 - $25.00 an hour, plus commission.
Pay Details : $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
