In the role of Associate Accountant Accounts Payable 1, we'll count on you to :

• Work under direct supervision of Accounts Payable management
• Follow HDR guidelines, and validate supplier invoices against HDR Purchase Orders / non-Purchase Orders to confirm that critical data fields match
• Suspend invoices with unresolved issues for handling by the appropriate team member
• Collaborate with team members and other HDR teams to promote excellence in supplier invoice processing
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies within the department
• Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers; understand HDR's core business and promote a sense of urgency toward business-critical issues
• Demonstrate reliable and consistent attendance
• Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement
• Perform other duties as needed
