RealWorldResponsibilities :
As part of our team, we will provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you with valuable experience as you begin your career.
During your time with us you will :
Own a project focused on dynamic reporting improvements for our Finance and Cross-Functional leadership teams.
Partner with Finance and Cross-Functional teams to analyze, translate and document process flows / business requirements into technical requirements to define scope, benefits and drive continuous process improvement efforts.
Support and participate in month end close and monthly / quarterly forecast updates.
Own Department Spend variance analysis and partner with Cross-Functional teams to understand spend and monitor KPI’s
Assist in key projects that involve working with a global team.
Support ad hoc analysis as necessary.
Must haves :
Currently pursuing afull-timebachelor’sdegree or higher in Business, Accounting or Finance or similar field or graduated within last two years.
Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 3 months in Bothell, WA.
Desire to build a career in Finance.
Track record of demonstrable accomplishments in school and at work.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to haves :
Experience using OneStream, PowerBI or Tableau
Willingness to work at least 3 days / week in-person Bothell, WA
Ability to adapt and learn data systems (Oracle ERP system, OneStream)
Excellent verbal communication skills, relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to work in team environment
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail
The compensation for this position is $26 / hr for undergraduate interns and $28 / hr for graduate or returning interns.
This position is eligible for holiday pay.
