- You have 5+ years of proven experience as a top-tier luxury Community Executive Director
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- You’re full of initiative and demonstrate the drive to lead your team in delivering first-class member experiences
- You genuinely believe in clearing barriers and allowing associates to deliver excellent experiences
- You are an inspiring and empowering leader with hospitality and excellence as integral parts of your DNA
