Learn more at https : / / www.jnj.com / . The Contracts Administrator is responsible managing the administration and workflow of a high volume of contracts for Abiomed's operations.

This hybrid position is based at Abiomed's headquarters in Danvers, MA, and will report to the Manager - Contracts, Legal Operations and will work closely with the Contracts Specialist.

The ideal candidate has experience in procurement or contracts management. As a valued partner to the business, the Contracts Administrator requires effective communication skills with both internal and external clientele. Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer the entire lifecycle workflow of contracts, from procurement request intake to signatures and repository filing.
  • Employ Abiomed's contract lifecycle management system, LinkSquares, to carry out administrative and clerical functions seamlessly.
  • Identify issues in contract redlines and elevate them for additional input from the Legal Team.
  • Manage the organization of digital files in Cloud storage and the contract repository for the Legal Team. Education :
  • Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate; equivalent experience will also be considered. Experience and Skills : Required :
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A candidate who demonstrates adaptability and collaboration. Preferred :
