Pay Rate : $30-$36 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an onsite position in Pleasant Hill, CA, for the 2024-2025 school year.
Primary Duties :
- Follow the direction of teachers and assist with instructional activities.
- Provide behavior support and interventions in accordance with each students IEP.
- Work one-on-one with behavior students and in small groups.
- Assist students with toileting and daily living skills as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the behavior analyst and other educational staff.
- Track and document student progress, including behavior and academic performance.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and adjust individualized plans.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for students.
Requirements :
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with students with behavioral needs.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and provide consistent support.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual students and the classroom environment.
