Job Summary :
As a commercial insurance account manager you will act as a liaison between insurance companies, agents, and clients. You will be assisting the production team with the evaluation and management of commercial lines accounts
Responsibilities :
Providing quality service to clients, including answering coverage questions, handling renewals, and problem solving
Maintaining documentation for new and renewing business, and responding to requests for information
Working with a team of producers, underwriters, and customer service personnel to meet client needs
Establishing and maintaining working relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters
Requirements :
3-5 years of commercial lines account manager experience
Licensed in the state of KY for property and casualty lines of insurance
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience using EPIC(preferred)
Education / Experience :
High School diploma
