Rotating Shift Schedule : 12-hour shifts-days / nights 5 : 45AM -5 : 55PM ($40.80 per hour with $.75 additional night shift differential).

One 48-hour week and one 36-hour week each pay period.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications :

• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a state and / or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright State Certification OR successful completion of a formal four-year apprenticeship.
• Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and good math skills.
• Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
• Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) Experience / Specific Knowledge :
• Possess basic machine shop, welding, and fabricating skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and related technical literature as required.

Fabricate parts from blueprints and sketches.

• Proficiencies in the assembly, disassembly and installation of mechanical systems and components commonly found on high-speed rotating equipment and safe execution of rigging and large equipment transportation.
• Understanding of predictive, preventative maintenance concepts and commitment to continuing education.
• Successful candidates will have excellent communication, leadership, self-motivation, problem solving, decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a willingness and commitment to work as part of a collaborative team.
