Position Objective : To lead the identification of process related issues and bridge the gap between tech development and operations regarding onboarding and transfer process while resolution of opportunities for improvement within the Value Stream at assigned plant to improve Safety, Quality, Productivity performance, Delivery, and Inventory through the use of documented procedures and check lists that follow the Lean toolsets and internal and external resources. Develop procedures to guide plant personnel to perform tasks in a repeatable and sustainable process.
