SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00am - 6 : 00 pm with occasional Saturday mornings.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In collaboration with the Director of Clinic Administration, is responsible to provide supportive functions within the Clinic Administration Department, and clinic leadership teams, including managing CAD group e-mail communications, assisting with schedule updates, and completing any assigned work which supports the overall effective and efficient operation of schedule utilization and provider scheduling.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive, professional, collaborative, and work environment and champions continuous quality improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or a minimum two (2) years' relevant experience in a health care setting that is related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment.
  • Able to set priorities, be organized and be a self-starter.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in clinic schedule management.
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience in a health care setting that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified .
  • Bilingual in Spanish / English
  • Experience in working with underserved populations.
