Position Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
The physician will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop, implement, and manage patient treatment plans.
- Provide preventative care services including screenings, immunizations, and health education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain professional competence.
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Qualifications :
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
- Open to Residents and Fellows
- Open to Visa candidates
- Valid state medical license and DEA certification.
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in a primary care setting.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
- Experience with telemedicine platforms.
