Job Posting TitleSenior HRIS Analyst - (Workday) - RemoteJob DescriptionThe HR Technology team at Prime Therapeutics is growing, in line with the continued expansion of the company.

We are on a journey to optimize our Workday solution and provide our employees with a modern, intuitive, and empowering experience.

To support this dynamic roadmap, we are adding two senior HRIS analysts to enable HR and business strategy. One analyst will support our Compensation function and the other will support two other functional areas, e.

g. Recruiting and Talent (with flexibility based on experience.)Our analysts serve as strategic partners to numerous groups within HR to ensure our technology solutions for HR processes are optimally set up and executed.

Scope of work spans issue analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions for new and existing systems and functionality.

Our team is highly collaborative and skilled in developing solutions that ensure effective integration with other Workday modules and enterprise systems.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement complex new functional and break / fix solutions for assigned Workday modules to support Prime’s HR and business roadmapParticipate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as the HRIS application owner for assigned areasMaintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality and partner with Product Owners to provide recommendations for uptake and promote maximum utilization of technology solutionsProvide consultation and technical support to other HRIS AnalystsDevelop and maintain accurate process documentationOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and / or work experience;

HS diploma or GED is required5 years of work experience supporting HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Ultipro), including at least 2 years of experience with Workday configurationMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsIntermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.

g., Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts / graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming) and PowerPoint functionalityAbility to effectively communicate technical information to all levels within the organization, including non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency with Workday modules supported such as Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and HCMDemonstrated experience implementing effective HR functional solutions leveraging technologyDemonstrated aptitude for driving continuous improvement and a positive employee experienceHR information system upgrade or implementation experienceMinimum Physical RequirementsConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusReporting StructureReports to a Manager in the Human Resources departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from $85,600.
