Job Description :

Seeks a Senior Application Developer with 15+ years of experience. The Senior Application Developer should have proven professional experience in designing, developing, delivering, and enhancing Client-Server / Web-Based / Cloud-Based / Mobile Software Applications using Microsoft .

NET Technologies, ASP & C# (C-Sharp).

The successful candidates will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, characteristics, experiences, and abilities :

  • Capable of designing, developing, and deploying applications that support users on case and program management, especially with the SNAP App application.
  • Provides mentorship and technical advice to an Application / Reports / Query developers team.
  • Provide strategic advice to the lead, management, and customers of the OIS.
  • Capable of implementing programming standards that support a secure and defect-free application.
  • Interacts daily with government clients to meet the technical requirements for new initiatives.
  • Works with Quality Assurance / Quality Control teams to ensure the application remains secure and defect-free.
  • Defines and documents processes to be used by all application developers on the team.
  • Plan, research, and recommend new equipment, software tools, and related technologies.
  • Uses monitoring and performance analysis tools to troubleshoot and isolate application performance issues.
  • Updates system and process documentation, produces user guides, ER diagrams, and SOPs as needed - Including Visio Network design drawings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skill / Required / Desired / Amount of Experience

  • 11-15 yrs. conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty / Required / 13 Years
  • 11-15 yrs. preparing complex technical documentation / Required / 13 Years
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience / Required / 4 Years
  • Experience in developing applications using C#, / Required / 11 Years
  • Experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end (., Cognos) / back-end programming languages (.

SQL) / Required / 11 Years

  • Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Service Oriented Architecture / Required / 6 Years
  • Experience with any of JIRA / Bugzilla / HP ALM tools / Required / 5 Years
  • Experience with Databases using / Required / 7 Years
  • Experience developing enterprise applications that interact with MS SQL Server and / or Oracle databases / Required / 11 Years
  • Candidate should strong ETL experience in Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence platforms / Required / 7 Years
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2010 and later versions with .Net Framework 2.0-4.6.2 with C# and VB / Required / 10 Years
  • Experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies within a distributed (n-tier) architecture / Required / 15 Years
  • Minimum Education / Certification Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
