Bank Teller
We require excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees.
You should have strong mathematical skills along with communication & organizational skills. This position is detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
The applicant must have a competence with computers, telephone, 10-key calculator and other office machinery.

Responsibilities
- Receive and count cash
- Reconcile cash drawer
- Identify customers, validate and cash checks
- Accept cash and checks for deposit and verify accuracy of deposit slips
- Process cash withdrawals
- Perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier’s checks, personal money orders, gift cards, license stickers, etc
- Perform services for customers such as ordering checks and debit cards
- Receive and verify loan payments
- Answer customer questions regarding bank products and services
- Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank policy
- Attempt to resolve issues with customer accounts
- Initiate and open new accounts
- Understand, explain, advise and promote bank products and services to customers
- Answer phones in a professional manner
