Responsibilities :

• Client Consultation and Financial Analysis :
• Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients' current financial situations, including income, assets, investments, debts, and expenses.
• Analyze clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon to develop personalized financial strategies.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning advice based on clients' goals and needs.
• Financial Planning and Investment Management :
• Develop and present financial plans that include investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and insurance coverage.
• Implement investment recommendations and manage clients' investment portfolios in line with their risk profiles and financial objectives.
• Monitor and review clients' financial plans and portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their changing circumstances and market conditions.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on financial decisions and adjustments as needed.
• Address clients' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence :
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Business Development :
• Identify opportunities for business growth through client referrals and networking within the community.
• Participate in marketing activities and events to promote financial services and expand client base.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar professional designation preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, or similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning strategies, and retirement planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
