Key Responsibilities

Lead the definition and evolution of the PSOT framework for product and service elections

Map and analyze current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Develop business cases and roadmaps for process improvements aligned with enterprise goals

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare technology, or enterprise product management

Proven experience in data strategy and cross-functional program leadership

Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and product lifecycle management

Solid analytical skills and experience in stakeholder management

Preferred experience of 5+ years in relevant fields
