Full-time RN Clinical Director
Always Best Care Senior Services of South / East Wake and Johnston Counties is looking for a full-time RN Clinical Director.
This is an exciting opportunity to help design and build ABC's new Home Health Division from the ground up.
This position is a key leadership role that oversees all clinical services in both the non-medical and medical departments of the business.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic leader and a strong team player with at least 3 years of home health and / or hospice experience, including nursing supervisory experience.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and help design and build the company's new Home Health Services Department
- Manage Clinical Staff - both non-medical and medical
- Initial assessments for prospective clients and re-assessments on current clients
- Supervisory visits for caregivers and skills assessments for new hires
- Create and adjust Care Plans for clients
- Enter and maintain electronic records
- Respond to medical questions posed by clients or caregivers as needed
Requirements :
- Current RN License in the state of NC
- 3 years Home health and / or hospice experience & some knowledge of home health business models
- 2 excellent references
- Experience working with a non-medical in-home care agency preferred
- Excellent computer skills
