THE ROLE :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health care services, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant delivery of care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.
- Ensure staff training, professional development, and adherence to company protocols to maintain high-quality care standards.
- Ensure all services comply with state and federal home health care regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Prepare for and manage audits, surveys, and inspections from regulatory agencies.
- Develop and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve patient care outcomes.
- Implement corrective actions based on quality metrics, patient feedback, and regulatory standards.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES :
- Current RN license in the state of Florida would be beneficial
- Previous experience in home health care management or leadership role preferred
- Can consider a Director of Nursing or Director of Operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commercial acumen
