About The Position
- Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : NICU Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of 2 years required License : Active RN license in the state or compact license;
- must comply with NLC guidelines Certifications : Must renew if expiring during assignment Must-Have : NICU Level IV Experience- BSN preferred- Care of well babies and resuscitation during deliveries- Cerner Experience preferred Job Description : Provide specialized nursing care for neonates in the NICU- Attend deliveries and serve as the resuscitation nurse for newborns- Work weekends as needed;
- willing to work 2 of the 3 main holidays if they occur during the assignment- Adhere to facility guidelines and demonstrate high compliance standards- Float between similar units and campuses, as required- Participate in orientation sessions totaling 16 hours- Ensure all time-off requests are submitted initially, as modifications post-submission are not accepted- RNs with prior employment at the facility must verify eligibility for rehire Special Requirements : Availability for specific holidays - All certifications and licenses must be active and up to date- No first-timers accepted;
previous travel assignment completion required- Local applicants must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
