About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Critical Need Job Duration : 14 weeks Shift : 8 hours, 08 : 30 AM to 05 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Inpatient acute experience License : California license required Certifications : BLS required Must-Have : Inpatient acute experience Job Description : Provide physical therapy services to patients with acute care needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans.- Conduct patient assessments to determine therapy needs and progress.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery.- Educate patients and families on therapeutic practices and exercises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.- Ensure compliance with professional and legal standards in patient care.
- Participate in continuous education and training to enhance skills.- Offer compassionate and empathetic care to all patients.
