Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Fulfill Meaningful Responsibilities : Oversee the Homesafe Program, providing supportive housing for families in need.
Lead program implementation and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement. Facilitate community partnerships and engage with stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table : Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent human services. Five years of experience in mental health, family services, or child welfare.
